EMPEROR, EMPRESS OR EMPREX EMERITUS

This award was created by Emperor & Emperor 45, Nubbs from Hell & Austyn Riley from Hell, to recognize individuals for their dedication to the reign. Each year the reigning Monarchs shall each choose one individual from inside or outside of our realm to receive this award.  These individuals shall have all the privileges of an R.C.G.S.E. court member including voting rights in the yearly election for our new Monarchs. These awards will be presented during Coronation.
