Below are links to the proposed By-Law’s and Procedures changes for Reign 50.   As per the RCGSE By-Laws, these documents are reviewed fully every 5 years during reigns numberd in multiples of 5 (5, 10, 15, etc).  The Bylaws and Procedures Committees have worked hard on the proposals and they have also been approved by the Board of Directors.  

It is now your turn, as the General Membership, to review them and vote on them. You will have the next 30 days to review the changes and the final vote will take place on May 3, 2026 during the General Membership Meeting.  The meeting will be held at the Intermountain Medical Center, Building 6 located at 5121 Cottonwood Street, Murray, UT 84107, and the meeting begins at 10:30 AM.  You must be a member of Reign 50 or a Lifetime member of the RCGSE to vote and voting will be in person ONLY.
