It is a $5 (Five Dollar) fee to Join the RCGSE this year.  You can pay your fee with Cash, Credit Card or by Venmo (@rcgse-saltlake). You can give your completed membership application to the reigning Monarchs or any member of the reign as well as the Board of Directors. You can also mail your application to: R.C.G.S.E., Attn: Membership Application, PO Box 521126, Salt Lake City, UT 84152.

I agree to abide by the Resolutions, Bylaws and Procedures of the RCGSE.  I also agree that should I exercise my right to resign as a member of the R.C.G.S.E. before the normal expiration date of my membership, I agree that I am not entitled to a refund or abatement of all or part of the membership fees I have already paid or become due upon my signature and submission of this application for membership. In the event of my resignation, I also agree that I am not relieved of any obligation I have incurred and owe to the R.C.G.S.E. as a member or non-member.

I hereby grant permission for the Participant to join and participate in the activities, programs, events, and services of the RCGSE. I acknowledge that I am responsible for the care, supervision, conduct, and well-being of the Participant. I accept full responsibility for any obligations arising from the Participant’s membership and participation, including compliance with the RCGSE Resolutions, Bylaws & Procedures. I understand that participation may involve certain risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I assume responsibility for the Participant’s participation and agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the RCGSE, its officers, directors, volunteers, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from the Participant’s participation, except to the extent caused by the Organization’s gross negligence or willful misconduct. I certify that I have the legal authority to provide this consent and enter into this agreement on behalf of the Participant.
