Below are some proposed by-law changes being posted for review by the membership of the RCGSE. These changes have already been approved by the board but before they can be ratified they must be approved by the General Membership. You have 30 days to review these changes and voting will take place at the General Membership Meeting on January 14, 2025. Here are the changes and a brief description of each.
Section 11.11 Phone and Email Votes

Section 2.01 Monarch Titles & Reponsibilities
This is a proposed change to the line of sucession should a monarch resign or is unable to finish their year for any reason.
